Early Registration Discount
Register before September 18, 2026 to save 10% on attendee registration rates.

Corporate Member Discounts
Registered employees of SMTA Corporate Member companies recieve additional savings based on their membership tier. Corporate member discounts are automatically reflected in the registration price for signed-in members and apply only to Conference Bundle and Conference Package registrations.

Below are important details related to registration, payments, and event policies for SMTA International.
Registration Confirmation
You will recieve an email confirmation after completing your registration. To ensure delivery, please add communications@smta.org to your safe senders list and check your junk folder if the confirmation email does not appear in your inbox.

Beware of Scams
SMTA never sells attendee or member data. All official event communications will come from an @smta.org address.
Payments
All payments and registrations must be paid in full prior to the event date. Purchase orderes are not accepted as payment. If paying by check or wire transfer, payments must be postmarked by the corresponding deadline.
Media & Photography Notice
By attending this event, you provide consent for photography, audio recording, video recording, and its/their release, publication, exhibtion, or reproduction to be used for SMTA promotional purposes. Images, photos, and/or bideos may be used to promote similar SMTA evetns or membership in the future.
Age Requirement
All events hosted by the SMTA are strictly 18+ unless otherwise approved by the designed SMTA event manager.
Cancellation Policy
SMTA reserves the right to cancel any event due to low attendance. Registration fees will be refunded (less a $75 processing fee) if written notice is postmarked two weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations received within two weeks of event date will not be refunded to cover costs incurred. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
SMTA shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of the SMTA or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, SMTA shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, or financial losses.
